This seller went WAY beyond normal customer service to answer my request for the measurements of the TRC, including the height and distance between the screws. As a result, I expected the TRC to fit perfectly and it did. I recommend this seller to anyone who expects great customer service. Communication was prompt and professional, and shipping was fast sending me a brand new TRC, just as described. I have included a picture of the TRC installed on my Gretsch Jr. Jet Highly recommended!!!

Item as described and shipped fast. What was not great was that the item (a pick guard for a Fender bass) was shipped in an unpadded envelope and a portion of it stuck out of the envelope when it arrived. No damage but packing could definitely be improved. I'd been happy to pay a couple more dollars for shipping if it had been packed more appropriately.

This is the second same exact product I have bought from this seller (I'm a guitar nerd). I thought that this time my package might have been lost. The seller messaged me and took care of everything on her side. It turned out it was a simple mishap with my post office and I got the item actually it was still on time or early. Now I am exploring the sellers store, will be buying more later and will be recommending to my community of guitar nerds!
