There was a wrinkle in the bell that was not shown in pictures, I think it resulted from marginal packing and the handling by Fedex. For the price paid I will ignore the damage. I say the packing was marginal because a tuba needs to be packed with something that will transmit shock forces to the throat of the bell and keep those forces away from the rim of the bell.
