Shipping updates during the full process even an email that package had been delivered and I knew to go outside to pickup. Great shipping container just the right size and bubble wrap to protect the album. Product was in great shape. I had been looking for a copy of this album for years after my cassette tape version wore out. Thanks and if I need more I will look on eBay for your store

Putting it into a plastic type mailer finished it off. I carefully taped it back together. At the same time I ordered a used season 2 & that seller went above & beyond to ship the same type of set. DVD's wrapped in an extra box then placed into a bit larger box packed with paper to prevent damage in shipping &voila no additional damage to a pre-used set. Good news all the DVD's seem undamaged. If they play I'm happy.

Took way too long to deliver which is typical. Received in working order , however it has no display but functions perfectly. With the cost of shipping I have decided to keep and try to repair it myself. The seller was great!..good communication and quick shipping on his part, but USPS didn’t really do their part as took way longer to receive than it should had, and that it looked to have a rough ride along the way.
