This character rose to prominence in classic story line "The Phoenix Saga," a force inhabiting the body of Jean Grey. This figure stands roughly 6 inches in height and scales perfectly with other Marvel Legends superheroes such as Captain America. The Dark Phoenix variant has eyes that are completely white and a sinister smile on her face. Her costume is a striking red and gold color. Her hair is also sculpted differently, with the variant rendition featuring flowing hair. This Marvel Legends Series 6 toy features over 44 points of articulation. Some of the standouts include double-jointed knees and elbows, multiple joints in the upper legs, and rocker ankles. Even though she comes from a comic book, the paint gives the product a realistic appearance. Clean lines separate the gold from the rest of the costume. Phoenix's bird emblem on her chest is also clearly drawn with no paint overspray. Phoenix's hair features subtle highlights in it, giving it the appearance of being slightly on fire. The shading on her face brings out the finer details, such as her cheekbones. The figure's paint also uses a high-quality sealant. This sealant ensures the paint does not scratch or chip during normal use. It also makes the product resistant to water as well. Jean Grey comes with two accessories.
