Product size shape and colour may differ from time to time but that does not affect overall quality and durability.

Our Seat Occupancy Mat and Seat Belt Emulators come with a 10-year warranty. TPMS Bypass comes with a 5-year warranty. Warranty includes repair or replacement of the product and a valid receipt(s) must be provided. Our Seat Mat emulators may last for life in your vehicle but you should be aware that this should not be used as a permanent solution. Therefore, DO NOT USE this module with a child seat in the front passenger seat.

We cannot take any responsibility for additional costs that may arise for our product installation, diagnostics, faults reset, etc. We cannot accept any responsibility for import tax and duty charges and responsibility for delayed goods by Postal Service or Customs as in some cases, there are delivery delays that are out of our control – (Bank) holidays, weekends, long cross-country trips, slow-moving Parcel Post, surface route delays, bad weather, Customs inspections, etc.

It works as advertised. Shipping to the States was a little slow but acceptable. Good company, though. Initial unit was faulty and they worked with me to get it right, eventually sending a replacement unit that works. Would buy from again.
