I was e-mailed to say the delivery would be on the monday, then e-mailed again monday evening to say it would be on the Tuesday between 2 and 5, then when not delivered e-mailed to say wednesday, when it eventually arrived. This ment they would fray. I explained to the seller & they were really helpful & understanding. They gave me a 50% refund so I could try to find someone to overstitch.
