Told me that item was coming back to me but didn’t say if it was fixed or not repairable and then all of a sudden I get another email saying I’m getting a refund with it with still not telling me if it’s repaired or not the order in which you do these things is wrong

The voicemail we left for you stated the part was not repairable. The note sent with the refund here on eBay also stated the part was not repairable. The paperwork sent back inside the box with the module stated the part was not repairable. We told you on 3 separate platforms what the condition of your module was.
