Reached out to seller and confirmed that there were supply chain issues and the wood base wasn't possible. Would have appreciated advanced communication, however the seller did then offer alternatives - which wad greatly appreciated. Just requested the listing be updated for other buyers in the future. So multiple messages to seller asking for a full refund and i will return urn only to be responded with attitude!!!!!
