    Customer sent the wrong colour covers, the correct colour was out of stock. Seller offered the collect items and give a full refund. We decided to keep the items sent as we needed them for our new van to protect the seats and they are not that displeasing to the eye. Thank you to the seller.

    Was looking forward to receiving these seat covers as the picture showed them as a soft and fluffy silver grey, they turned up as dark grey woolly covers, they looked nothing like the soft fur picture, the seller offered to send me the lighter grey covers, but I ordered the light grey and they weren’t light grey, so I sent them back, and to be fair I have had a refund.
