  Was overjoyed to have found these, unfortunately they weren’t pictured/described accurately: the pins/top connections were bent. Contacted seller,they asked me to return them in hopes they’d be able to fix them, alas this was not possible due to them being fragile. As much as I’m saddened to not have these gorgeous pieces as part of my collection, I’m glad to say my experience with their customer service team was impeccable. I was given a full refund, and I’d return for that reason alone 🙏🏻

  They immediately replaced my item after I told them about the issue I was having. Communication is top tier as they immediately reply to you and keep you in the loop. The replacement came in bubble wrapped, with all the tags and paperwork attached.
