I tried to contact the seller several times right after I made the purchase and before shipping but no response whatsoever. Wanted to cancel since it was missing the plugs and want to buy a new 1 instead. No response and to this day no response. Received the unit and it works, but ZERO communication. Had to buy new Phoenix plugs and had to return several knockoffs that would not hold the wires tight, and had to buy brand name molex phoenix plugs. PITA
