I have purchased from this seller dozens of times and 99.9% of the time the service has been top notch. On this occasion I received the right packaging but the wrong CD. I reported this to the seller. I got a quick reply telling me a replacement would be sent out and within 4 days, the correct CD arrived. Can't complain with that at all!!
