I ordered DJI Ósmo mobile 6 and received DJI OM5 with many fewer functions than what I ordered. I ask that they be sent to me for the one I paid for. I don't understand what happened. I hope they have a solution for me as soon as possible.

The item it’s great and the features as well, the only problem is that the gimbal doesn’t stand the weight of a normal phone of this days. As for instance I tried with a normal iPhone 14, if don’t do very slow and careful movements, it will rotate and loose stability

Item arrived Fairly quick. The item was not in its original Packaging but it arrived without any scratches and zero charging cycles (so Basically, new). I would've given him/her 5 stars if the battery came with OEM package but overall i am very satisfied and would most Definitely buy from them again. (Im only giving him/her 1 star for seller Communication because i tried to contact them multiple times without any success.)
