  After waiting forever to be delivered… Seller sent the wrong style, color and configuration. When I asked to resolve the issues seller refused and said that it was may fault even though the order clearly stated in our messages. Never resolved the issue and I am going to have to open a dispute with my credit card company. Terrible seller should be banned from EBay.

  We apologize for any inconvenience. The original order was for black mats, but the buyer later requested a custom configuration not included in our standard offerings. To accommodate, we sent two sets of dark blue custom mats as per the buyer’s request. Despite our efforts, the buyer is still unhappy and is now requesting a product that doesn’t exist in the market. We strive to meet our customers' needs and regret that we couldn't fully satisfy this unique request.

  The item was lost during the shipping, as seller said. Seller didn't have replacement item, so we had to cancel the order. Money returned in couple days. Honest seller, it's a shame I didn't get what I wanted though.
