I have purchased from this seller dozens of times and 99.9% of the time the service has been top notch. On this occasion I received the right packaging but the wrong CD. I reported this to the seller. I got a quick reply telling me a replacement would be sent out and within 4 days, the correct CD arrived. Can't complain with that at all!! Well done and keep up the good work.

Ordered a book which was dispatched very promptly by the seller. Slight delay arriving which was down to Royal Mail and beyond control of the seller. Item, although used, was in excellent condition and well protected and packed for delivery. Item was very good value for money and included free postage. Communication was excellent as the seller responded to an email within two minutes and provided useful and reassuring advice and links.
Would definitely recommend this seller to other buyers.

I'm giving positive feedback even though I was disappointed with this item which was a different version from the one listed. I sent an email to Music Magpie which was answered within 10 minutes, and a refund given. I have used Musicmagpie many times in the past and have always been happy with the price, description, packaging and very quick delivery - this was a forgiveable slip-up. I would use them again
