    OK, here's my story. The laptop arrived exactly as described and very well packed. However, when I turned it on, it just gave a beep sound. I asked seller for help and they gave some advice but it was not turning on. So I returned it with seller sending me prepaid label. Within hours of receiving it the selelr refunder full amount. I don't know what was wrong with laptop. Maybe something got loose in shipping or it was not checked or whatever. But the seller immediately set it right.

    Books were new in shrink wrap, as described. However, the book set box was damaged (all sections of cardboard fell apart from one another) because the set was shipped in a thin bubble mailer without additional protection. The books inside were fine. 5 stars because this set was for a child who did not want to keep the outer box. However, the seller should refine shipping practices. Neutral ratings also mention poorly packaged items by this seller.
