The items I required were not straightforward but Roy was extremely helpful and I must have emailed him at least four to five times prior to ordering. The items were well packaged and were delivered promptly in fact only in a few days.

Packaging could have been better, cardboard in the box was ripped but the item was good. No communication with seller. Product was supposed to be in uk, received import duties and tax. I paid as I needed the item….not good though. Thus had a problem with delivery but UPC put it right in the end. All together a stressful delivery, won’t use this seller again.
