So got the Wharf starter pack 7days ago. It was thriving and doubled in size on day 4. It doubles or even triples every day after it's morning fed in about 4hrs. I use a 50/50 KA mix of bread flour and KA organic wheat. Today on day 7 made my 1st loave and it was out of this world good. The family devoured it so I started another one and will bake again on day 8. So happy with the old SF sourdough. TY
