Damaged items must be reported within 3 working days of receipt. All our products come with a 30 days RTB (Return to base) warranty. If you have a problem with one of our products, please email us before returning, and we will try our upmost to help. If items are sold as ‘fautly’ or ‘sold as seen’, then there is

The product key was not covered like it was meant to be by a grey protective seal. The windows 10 disc is missing the outer mirror band which is a security feature that Microsoft embed into the disc. The only good thing was I got a full refund. The seller still says that the product is real even after I sent proof. You can check your packaged Microsoft software is real by searching how to tell your Microsoft package software is real and genuine.
