However before that happened, Fred contacted me and gave me different options to make the shipping possible. At this time I am not able to add any extra expenses and the weather has been so hot I am still concerned about the chocolate melting despite the insulation. Fred was very gracious and understanding. They canceled my order and refund me immediately. I’ll be waiting for a cooler weather to make the order!

He assured me that he always takes care in the mailing of his goods. The big box of cookies arrived and when I opened one of the bags they were in pristine condition. He went the extra mile to ensure my elderly mother would receive the cookies she so loves that were in perfect condition. I will bookmark this vendor for future purchases.
