    Second Easee charger bought from this seller. Arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. Unlocking it through Easee customer service wasn’t as straightforward this time, and the guy on the phone said they don’t like to do it for whatever reason. I pointed out that I had the pin and that they had done it previously and he relented, but could have been an issue if they decided not to.

    A great buying experience. I was buying this for parts to fix one of my own, but the item I received was in far better condition than the item that was shown, and I decided to refurbish it rather than scrapping the parts I did not need. They were kind enough to call me before shipping to let me know that they would supply a different printer than the one shown and to check that I would accept it. Now I need another scrap printer to finish that refurb! A pleasure to work with that team.
