The seller is exceptional at communicating and maintaining contact. I accidentally placed the order with the wrong shipping address. Something happened to the item before Shipping & the Seller let me know right away. They offered an even better model than what we initially purchased as a replacement. But when tested - it wasn't fully functional. The other options would have been inadequate for us. The Seller was super easygoing about the refund. I'd definitely do business with them again! 3
