    After being let down by one seller on ebay who did not have the part in stock, and one who (due to my fault) supplied the parts which were for a different alternator type. I then ordered from this seller who correctly supplied the part, the downside was the choice of using Royal Mail which delayed the item by 6 days in UK Customs, transit through the EU was fast. The part was fitted and solved the problem. The item was well packed.

    Item was posted and got lost in the post. This took over a month for the wait to be resolved. However, the seller posted a replacement straight away when they became aware of the issue. The replacement item arrived very fast with good communication from the delivery company. Good product and good price as well. All in all I'm satisfied with the sale.
