    USPS says they delivered this to us, but they handed us our packages that day as we were sitting out front, and this was not one of the packages delivered. the next mail day, again we were out front but this was not delivered. so someone got this purchase delivered, but it was not delivered to us. Not the seller’s fault. The mail carrier made a mistake. And the person who it was delivered to by mistake still has it.

    Vendor fulfilled their end of the bargain, so you are dealing with honest people here. Always responds in 24h. My experience was spoiled because of a mistake in the pieces received that took forever to solve, but that was because of the ebay policy regarding no direct contact information between buyer and vendor, not because of the vendor itself. That made the proccess of sending me a missing piece complicated and inconvenient. Ebay shipping is very slow too. In the end, all is well.
