However, I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and customer service on their part to not only make it right, but even exceeded my original expectations in the watch I was getting. They were in constant contact and answered any questions I had pertaining to finding a new watch I would be happy with. 10 out of 10

There was some bad communication, like vague replies on the issue and questions and several days to reply, but they are getting better and I went back to change my feedback, they refunded me and called me personally to apologize, maybe they got some more help in their EBay department now, their business is Top Notch!
