It was my first purchase from this seller and i was expecting a service similar to others on eBay. However it took a long time to be despatched and to reach me. The original order was placed on 6 June. It was not despatched until 11 June and finally it arrived 14 June. Packaged very securely, posted quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Fast, friendly and helpful communication as well. I was sent a full refund, without any questions - and used that to order this copy, which arrived without any hassles). All good!
