Force Majeure
We will not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that are caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
Civil commotion, riot, invasion, threat of terrorist attack or terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disasters.
Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
 
If an order arrives damaged or faulty we will require clear photographic evidence before issuing a partial refund / refund / replacement and reserve the right to refuse a partial refund / refund / replacement if photographic evidence cannot be provided. Any contact regarding faulty products needs to be made within 24 hours from receipt of item.
We pride ourselves on our great customer service and will always endeavour to solve any issues that may arise.
 
If you have received an incorrect item or have received an item or order in error, we must be made aware of this within 48 hours. A clear photograph of the product or order that has been received in error must be provided, In which cases either a refund for the initial purchase will be processed or the original order will be resent to the customer.
 
We will not be held liable or accountable for any losses or damages that may arise due to the use of incorrectly fulfilled orders or orders that have been sent in error. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient of the order to ensure they have received the correct product prior to its use.
 
Items need to be returned in a new & unused condition within 30 days of receipt.
 
If a return is requested due to a fault or an issue with the item, a clear photograph is required before the return can be approved.
 
If the buyer has made a mistake or changed their mind it is the buyers responsibility to pay return postage charges.
 
If an order requires cancelling it needs to be done so before 10am on the day of dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched from the premises it cannot be cancelled. To obtain a refund the buyer must follow the usual returns process and return the order to us at their own expense. Refunds are processed once the order is back in our possession.
 
If an item is returned to us via the courier due to a refusal of the parcel or the buyer not making contact with the courier to arrange a redelivery we reserve the right to deduct a return courier fee of £7 from the refund. In these instances a refund will be provided once the the item is received back into our possession and if the buyer still requires the item they will have to reorder through the usual process.
 
ALL of our items are FULLY tracked. If an item is not received we require contact within 30 days of the item being dispatched. After 30 days it is the buyers responsibility to make contact with the courier themselves to query any issues.
 
Please note - we will NOT ask the courier to leave your parcel unattended anywhere on your property - any requests left on orders will not be actioned. Any requests our courier receives directly from the buyer to leave the parcel in a safe place are recorded by the courier. If the parcel is left at the buyers request to the courier then it is at the buyers OWN RISK and waives ours and the couriers liability for the parcel. We will NOT refund or replace any damaged or stolen items that have been left unattended at the buyers request.
 
Standard delivery orders received before 8am are usually shipped the same working day, any orders received after 8am are usually dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 8am on a Friday will usually be dispatched on the following Monday (in cases where the Monday is a bank holiday - the order will be dispatched on the Tuesday). The standard delivery option only includes working days and so delivery will not be made on weekends or bank holidays. Standard delivery usually takes on average 2-5 working days to arrive by courier.
In times of high demand our dispatch timescales are subject to change and will be amended on the listings to reflect this.
 
Our express delivery service is required to be ordered before 8am to be dispatched same day, otherwise it will be dispatched the following working day. The express delivery option only includes working days and so delivery will not be made on weekends or bank holidays (eg. any express delivery orders placed after 8am on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday - in cases where the Monday is a bank holiday your order will be dispatched on the Tuesday). Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that your parcel will be delivered next working day and may occasionally take longer depending on the speed of service received from the courier.

Please note due to courier delivery zone surcharges we cannot provide our free delivery & express delivery service to Some areas of North East Scotland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Northern Island.
