Fantastic sellers! Desperately needed this harness to replace our dog's lost one (rolling in long grass somewhere on a long walk). Sent a message to Huggle Pets asking them to do their best to get it delivered by Saturday, (only three days). They did better than this and it arrived the day before. I ordered this XXL and XL both was packaged in the same box but the XL arrived in peices. The boxes was bubble wrapped but individual ceramic catfish caves was not bubble wrapped inside their box items arrived on Wed its now a Saturday im still waiting for my refund to be issued they have excepted i need refunding just communication is extremely slow, i can't recommend this seller for communication but i can for fast dispatch and delivery, if you have an issues expect extremely slow assistance.
