Shipping:
We are committed to your satisfaction; we inspect every item prior to dispatch to ensure that it reaches our own high standard of quality, and that you receive the item as described. We normally dispatch items 1-2 working days after cleared payments (Unless otherwise stated)
 
Dispatched using Parcel Companies Recorded Deliveries. This service means that most items are delivered 1 - 2 business days after dispatch.
 
 
To keep the delivery cost YOU pay to a minimum, one man delivery companies are used, so on occasions the driver may well require some assistance moving a heavy item for you. If necessary boxes can be opened on the vehicle and the components checked and unloaded individually. Signatures will be required with each method of delivery.
 
 
When applicable, we will provide you via email any online tracking available and an indication of what day you can expect your delivery, this of course is subject to delivery companies services of which we have no control over. Our carriers have a 97% delivery on time success rate, with the remainder generally arriving the following day. In the real world, this is very good, but should a delivery go awry, our Customer Services team will of course endeavour to assist, however we will not be held liable for any delivery delays should they occur, as no guarantees are implied.
 
 
Our packaging and postage charges reflect the cost of packaging materials and the costs of our time preparing your item for dispatch and reasonable delivery costs.
 
 
Where UK Destinations are quoted this covers UK Mainland addresses only and may exclude some Northern most postcodes. For destinations outside UK Mainland please "Ask the seller" for a quotation prior to bidding.
 
 
Our office is manned 5 days a week and emails are checked periodically over the weekends. Jakana Trading is a genuine UK based VAT registered business offering quality items at prices far cheaper than the high street. Every item is carefully packaged and labelled using the latest technology to ensure safe shipment to you. All prices quoted include VAT where applicable. Jakana Trading complies with all appropriate UK consumer protection legislation including the Sale of Goods Act, the Distance Selling Regulations and the Trade Descriptions Act.
 
 
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time for clearance if you are paying by echeque.
 
Collections:
 
We welcome collections by appointment only, Mondays - Fridays 10.00am - 4.30pm Excludes Bank Holidays.
 
We accept payments by: Credit or Debit Card, simply call one of our sales team on 01296 836836 Monday - Friday 10am - 5.00pm. We also accept payments by PayPal, Postal Orders and Bank Transfers. Sorry we no longer accept cheques. Once we have cleared funds we will make swift arrangements for delivery.
 
Multiple purchases:
 
Most of the time we are able to offer a postage discount when more than one item is purchased. To be sure you pay the correct amount, once you have made your purchases, simply click "request a total from seller" and we will send you a combined invoice with the reduced p&p.
 
Checkout:
 
Please be sure to go through the eBay checkout, listing your required delivery address and ensuring that we have a contact telephone number for delivery. This is the address we will ship to. Please do not tag messages onto any other communications as these seldom get seen.
 
Warranty:
 
Warranty support is normally provided as supply of replacement parts at no cost, plus detailed & individual advice as necessary. Warranty covers faulty operation & failures during NORMAL USE ONLY with the exception of consumable parts. Failures & damage due to incorrect use or other causes are not covered under warranty, but most parts are stocked & can be purchased at very reasonable prices.
 
We warrant and represent that the goods are as described in all our listings. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.
 
We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Genuinely faulty goods / parts will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within a reasonable time after receipt of the item.
