    The product themselves, the minis, are wonderful. The shipping time was substantial. The biggest issue is the communication with the seller. I understand that a lot of things can come up, and I can give a break for that. But communication with the seller was inconsistent, to put it nicely. They refunded part of my payment when the order was incorrect, but despite saying they would, never shipped out the missing minis. I would really love to order more of their items, but I just can't justify it

On our store page we explained John was ill which caused a lot of chaos in the workplace, unfortunately we weren't able to communicate that as effectively here on eBay so we apologize for the experience had and the unexpected delays, we make our minis in house and strive to provide the best customer service we can and unfortunately this time we dropped the ball.     Awful seller. I paid for items, and then crickets. No response to several emails. finally, a shipping number was provided, but item never shipped. Again, no response. Seller wasted my time for a whole month. Only was able to get a refund for one of the two items, so it's an ongoing issue.
