  Contacted before purchasing to inquire about the material and process for ‘Siberian Blue Quartz’. I got a piece of plasticy feeling glass. Hardness and light dispersion were the main giveaways. Attempted contact after delivery. No response. Even for glass, the cut could have been done better. I don’t trust the seller to haggle and will be reporting the vendor if not amended.

  This vendor is an absolute professional, kind, patient, courteous, deferential, and honest. They faithfully, respectfully, and patiently addressed my concerns (over nothing), effectively demonstrating to me that they are true professionals, true craftsmen, and honest sellers. The item I received from them was of the highest quality, absolutely as depicted in the listing, and far greater than expected. The natural quartz crystal I received was flawless, crystal clear, and confirmed as such.

  This arrived well pack and safe. It appears to be very well cut. It has one tiny flaw inside, but I am okay with that. I am still learning how to evaluate its power and abilities.
