This was an entirely reasonable explanation. Such good communication ensured that I was not concerned about the delay. However, unfortunately the DVD has foreign subtitles that can t be turned off, also, the episodes don t start from the beginning of the Johto Journeys but half way through the Orange Island Series. The Johto Journeys don t start until episode 12. EDIT: Seller contacted me to rectify the issues raised, very happy with communication and outcome
