First the order didn't go through, then it was shipped but didn't provide tracking information. When I asked why there wasn't any tracking information for such an expensive item, they said they were using a new printing program and they had issues. When I voiced my concerns, the seller basically told me it was up to me to fix this issue. I do not trust this seller at all. I'm just thankful I got my money back!
