I purchased an Oxford D50 bag which was despatched quickly but then lost by Royal mail . Jamie then despatched another one which arrived safe and sound . I have given the product 5 stars as I have Neen using the previous model for a number of years and it's never let me down . I have also given the seller 5 stars for his communication and resolution for the carriers mistake . I will happily use them again in the future.
