WARRANTY and RETURNS

All Returns must be conducted via the Ebay process.

Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. The refund will be by the same method used as the original payment.

At HOMESPARES, we offer FREE FAST TRACKED economy delivery for all UK orders and localities via Royal Mail 48 or Hermes Tracked 2-3 day services. We will select the carrier dependent on the weight and the dimensions of the product.

Please note, we run an automated system on eBay and the address details that arrive in our system from eBay are the details input at the checkout page and this is the address that we have to ship the order to. Please take care to ensure your address details are correct before placing the order as address details cannot be amended later.

PAYMENT

Item arrived promptly and as described, unfortunately on disassembling my washing machine I found the drum spider was cracked through and I could not source another part so I was forced to purchase a new machine. I returned the items for a refund (minus the £3.25 postage). The refund process was excellent and carried out quickly with no fuss whatsoever, highly recommend the seller.

Not a mass amount ya can say really they are what they are orderd them late Saturday afternoon they were dispatched early Monday morning possibly the first business day after tge weekend they arrived by Tuesday in the post and by the Thursday I had fitted them and tested Henry and my friend had her beloved Henry back working again and only cost her a fiver 😀 she was quoted £85 just to have him looked at then part and labour on top😱 so says it all highly recommended seller will use again.
