Terribly disappointed with quality of rug received. After weeks of delays without communication from the seller I had to reach out to the seller to find out when the rug would ship. When it finally arrived it looked cheap and rushed as the color looks like baby poop rather than a rich brown as shown in the listing images. They said they’d accept a return but it would cost me 3X the amount to ship back. Under the circumstances I feel customer service should have been better. Total Waste of $$$

This company went above and beyond to make and ship my new favorite rug! It was made by hand and shipped directly from India. The best part was a note they provided, in English about who made it and that they were thrilled we ordered. You don't see that these days! Certainly will buy more rugs in the future from them. Excellent quality and kind people! 5 stars!!!!!
