After about two weeks I requested a refund since the item had still not shipped and I had to purchase it from a different source. The seller did not respond to my emails or refund request but once the refund was requested, the item magically shipped that day. It was eventually received but well after the promised date and after I had already purchased it from a different source. We had a ride planned for the next day so i repainted and installed the bumper. I contacted the seller and told them of the problem and they offered a replacement or refund, I asked if they would do a partial refund for my time and materials to paint the bumper and they gladly gave me a partial refund! Very easy to deal with and I’m 100% happy!! 👍🏻
