This was no fault of the seller, it looks to me like someone at the courier had ran over it with a truck. They then taped it up and delivered it, admitting it had taken damage. The seller responded to me on a bank holiday within a minute or so of the ebay message being sent. The day after the bank holiday I had my return and once they received it I got my refund.
