I attempted to contact them to explain that to them and didn't get much of a response. I tried to do this SEVERAL times. The worst customer service ever, with their broken English and playing the blame game. They essentially took my money and didn't even give me the right product. They refused to offer a refund. Would never recommend to shop from this buyer. Would give a rating in the negatives if I could!
