    Amazing, we needed the dress on a short notice with added accessories and precise measurements and contacted the seller before the purchase, the seller was very pleasant and assured us we will get it in time. Not going to lie we where sceptical but lo and behold it arrived early and exactly to order and in a good quality. We even ordered another one (from another account) it's not here yet but we have no doubt it will be great. Thank you very much JZ you guys did great!

    Sent wrong dress. Seller asked me to ship it to another customer due to seller’s mixup. seller agreed to reimburse postage and never refunded shipping cost. Next, seller sent the dress I ordered but color and stones were not as pictured. Wasted time and extra costs to do a favor to help this seller.

    dated April 4th,she escalated a case and got total refund,refused to send correct dress to our US office by a excuse of wrong dress. And she asked extra more cost of compensation by paypal,I just didn't anwer her in a day,I need to apply to my head,then she left this feedback in anger. I am not offend her,just politely. Her harsh word bully depressed me for a months more, took me like a kind of slave.I have all photos and evidence to prove it.This is horrible client I have first met in my life.

    My dress turned out terrific! The seller was easy to communicate with, related to sizing. My dress arrived in a timely manner. I would recommend the seller and would purchase a dress from them again. My only complaint are the shipping costs.
