  Item was just as described but took 18 days to arrive. I bought it because the seller's address is in california and i figured it will take at least a week for delivery. I opened a case and the seller did not respond at all. I intended to return it as i bought another one online but don't want the hassle of returns so i kept it.

  Purchased this strap on June 3rd, shipped on June 18th, and finally delivered today, July 7th. I really did not expect to wait over a month for this to arrive. Sent a message to seller a week after my order was placed and received no response. Honestly for the $86CAD that I spent and the month that I waited, really feel I could’ve gotten something better quality and cheaper without such a long wait. God awful smell upon opening the package, will show photos compared to my LV Spontini.

  Ordered this bag and reached out to seller a few days after purchasing to ask when the item would be shipped with no response. Sent another message at the 6 day mark - this time, the seller responded and said the processing time for "custom items" was 3 to 5 business days and it would ship Wednesday. She asked if this worked and I said yes. She cancelled the order on the eve of shipping with no communication, citing the reason for cancelling as a "problem with the recipient address." - untrue.
