It is 85% formed so I am still trying to figure out how to put chain in place but this has nothing to do with seller. In fact despite the purchase being completed, the seller still replies to my messages thoroughly and goes above and beyond trying to resolve my queries. I am very pleased. I still have yet to ride in it but it is a beautiful bike and I really look forward to riding in it lots of journeys.
