Alrightish, but very little is in there, tub is half empty so I will buy the ingredients in bulk and save money elsewhere next time since to lower cholesterol you need way everyday 2-3 times a day, way more than one little spoonful as it states.

I received *Mens multivitamins & minerals* with a different label and ingredients as advertised check the photo that I have attached along with this review... "No synthetic fillers or binders" & "GMO free ingredients" were missing from the label. The bottle I received stated "Vegan friendly" & "Advanced formula" I contacted *Nutravita UK* spoke with an employee called "Natalie" who was very apologetic refunded the cost of the vitamins immediately & sent over a updated new list of ingredients.
