  All pieces were present and there was no signs of use. The seller's communication was the best I've had on this app. I got updates when it was shipped, when the delivery schedule got hastened, and when the package arrived. The ebay app only notified me when the package was shipped (and still says it has yet to arrive). At each step someone checked if I had questions or concerns. If I need something and they're selling it at a generally competitive price, I'm buying from them for the good service

  Item was exactly was was pictured. Seller let me know in a message when it was absent which was a very nice gesture. Showed up a day early. Packaging was good and no damages to product. Will be buying from this eBay store more in the future.
