Arrived promptly and was well packaged. Initially I thought it was marked and contacted the seller - they responded immediately to confirm there was a protective film in place and that rectified the issue. It was very easy to install and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again - excellent, thank you!

The screen that I was sent was not by Innolux. This was most likely because it's no longer in production by the company and therefore no longer available. A suitable alternative was sent instead, which I am pleased with but it would have been courteous if I had been informed of the situation in the early stages of the sale. The seller was nice enough to put my mind at rest after I had contacted him about the issue.
