Terrible with communication and refused to respond to any of my inquiries after I attempted to purchase. Then all of a sudden, a few days later, the order shipped. It was weird. I’ll keep the rate as neutral instead of negative as I like the item, it was packaged really well, and price was good… but i feel it’s so rude not to respond to someone, especially a customer.
