Packaging was a bit disappointing considering the postage cost charged - the Kato track box was sliding around loosely inside of a larger cardboard box that had no bubble wrap or cushioning agent at all in the bigger box. They were packed well and everything looked good, but when I got the loco out of its wrapper, two pieces fell out of it. When I track tested the loco did not run. I took the shell off and found one of the motor mounts had broken, probably from a heavy drop during shipping. I contacted the seller and told him, I also told him I wanted to keep them.
