  Best seller here , first time i got broken back glass for my note 20 ultra unfortunately ,it was packed good but i know sometime it happens coz of delivery services , I texted them with picture, they instantly responded and send me replacement with new tracking no. within an hour .   Well packaged beyond what I was expecting, postage time was not that bad, item arrived undamaged would purchase again from this seller, item was as advertised. I feel Australian post had a lot to do with postage delay.

  Needed a part, they advertised it in stock and sold it to me. Then I was told a mistake had been made: it was not in stock and would be available 'probably early next week'. Day later the item was marked 'posted' - great, but no tracking number and I heard nothing. I followed up again, seller 'we will receive it tomorrow and send it priority sticker'. Waited 1 more business day, no response, asked for refund. Stocking mistakes happen - but marking items posted when they're not is dodgy. Be wary
