While it was my error, Rug Island provided zero customer service and would not assist me in resolving the matter. I contacted FedEx and was told shipper must issue a call tag to retrieve the rug, but Rug Island refused. I would have been willing to pay a fee. You never mentioned that you were willing to pay for the new shipping charges. In the same amount of time you've spent criticising us, you could have arranged for Fedex or UPS to pickup your rug, which you can still do.
