    Good ebayer. Quick shipper. Items came as described except one piece is missing. Packaging was a bit disappointing considering the postage cost charged - the Kato track box was sliding around loosely inside of a larger cardboard box that had no bubble wrap or cushioning agent at all in the bigger box.     The items arrived in an undamaged box. They were packed well and everything looked good, but when I got the loco out of its wrapper, two pieces fell out of it. When I track tested the loco did not run. I took the shell off and found one of the motor mounts had broken, probably from a heavy drop during shipping. I contacted the seller and told him, I also told him I wanted to keep them. The seller offered a partial refund, which I accepted, and all is good. Good and fair seller.
